5. Data Retention

We retain the Google Analytics data for 26 months from the time of collection. This allows us to perform year-over-year comparisons and analyze long-term trends. After this period, the data is automatically deleted by Google.

For data collected via contact forms, we retain it for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected (e.g., to resolve your inquiry) and for a reasonable period thereafter for our records, typically no longer than [e.g., 6 months to 1 year] unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

For newsletter subscription data managed by Mailchimp, we retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter. If you unsubscribe, your email address will be removed from our active mailing list in Mailchimp.
